I want to play DL and UC,but i can only get the MODs,no JA2 1.06 original. Who can tell me where i can download JA2 1.06 original? Thanks!

Well, GOG sells version 1.12. I guess You need 1.06, because the mods You want to install need exactly this version. I cannot help with a link to buy the original but a site where the old patches can be downloaded. If You study what each patch does, You might be able to downgrade 1.12 so the mods work.

I have had the same problem with Jagged Alliance 1 and found neither a legal nor an illegal way to get any other version than the latest. Even checking out Ebay did not help.

I played all mods with JA2 gold ,you don't need ja 1.06.

you can get the original JA2 v1.03 at wall mart on a disc titled 'Top 10 Games' for $10 US. as a bonus the other 9 games are really good too . The v1.07 patch is easily found. I'm still playing the "Vanilla" version of the game so I'm not sure if v1.07 is compatible with the mods. I'll try v1.13 when I'm done with the original.

What other games are on the disk? Just curious because I could not find any other information on it.

You don't need 1.06- I had the same problem. What you need to do is download this mod from fileplanet. The link in these forums was the wrong one.
